CONNECT
Member/Patient logs on to their portal for a consultation with any provider in the TelevisitMD network who is "Online Now" or schedules it for a later time/date using any device with an internet connection.

TRIAGE
Member/Patient will self-triage and/or speak with a Care Coordinator to update his/her Electronic Health Record(EHR) along with all symptoms prior to the consultation time/date.

CONSULT
Member/Patient consults with a TelevisitMD provider by "phone only" or by "2-way video/audio" who recommends a treatment plan. If a prescription and/or labratory is necessary, it's immediately and electronically sent to the pharmacy and/or Labratory of your choice.

CARE CONTINUITY
The doctor will update the member's EHR immediately after the consultation. The patient has 24/7 secure access to their prescriptions, lab results and more within their member portal always, anytime, anywhere.
